Father Arthur Flores, OMI, Vicar-Provincial of the U. S. Province of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, announced this weekend at Masses at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral that the Oblate Fathers will soon be handing the pastoral and administrative care of the Cathedral parish (and its two missions) to the Diocese of Brownville. Flores to the people of the Diocese. “Let us pray with gratitude to God for the long history of Oblate ministry at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception,” Bishop Flores said.
