In the Diocese of Brownsville, the Master of Ceremonies will assist Bishop Flores and Bishop Avilés at Pontifical Masses and events taking place in their assigned deaneries. We ask that parishes planning special liturgical celebrations involving one or both of the bishops, please contact their respective Master of Ceremonies ahead of time in order to assist you in the preparation of the liturgical celebrations.
