Catechetical Conferences

Annually, the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis organizes a smaller regional event typically after the Christmas Break known as the  Catechetical Conference. During this Conference, all our Parish Catechetical Leaders (PCLs) and catechists come together to work on their ongoing formation and to also pray with our chief catechist, Bishop Daniel E. Flores.  During this conference we typically have two keynote addresses, several breakout sessions and an address by Bishop Flores. This event, which first began to be held in June since 2014, now takes place on the second or third Saturday of January. Historically, we have hosted this at our larger parishes that can host 300 or more participants.  Listed below are the dates and locations of previously held Catechetical Conferences starting with the most recent:
