the beautiful ceremony which includes the prostration before the altar
of God, the invocation of the Litany of the Saints, the imposition of
hands (a tradition from the Apostolic Age), and the anointing of hands
with Sacred Chrism. The ordination was followed by the traditional "First
Mass" or the "Mass of Thanksgiving".

bestowed upon these servants of God. His Excellency, Bishop Raymundo Peña

newly ordained priests.
The Office of Vocations offers our prayers and sincere
congratulations to the new priests. We wish them the best as they begin
their sacred duties and entrust them to the care of the Mary our Blessed
