marriage encounter

Marriage Encounter provides a weekend get-away for a married couple who want to rediscover each other, and together focus on their relationship as husband and wife.  This three-day retreat is recommended by the Family Life Office for married couples who want to make their good marriages better.  During a Marriage Encounter Weekend, a couple focuses on their relationship and learns how to “dialogue” - talk with each other.  They are allowed and encouraged, in the spirit of love and understanding, to openly and honestly in a face-to-face, heart-to-heart encounter with each other, share their feelings with the one person they have chosen to live with for the rest of their life.
 Marriage Encounter is a rewarding weekend of marriage enrichment.  Couples of all ages, married for any number of years are encouraged to attend.
