Positive Parenting with a Plan (Grades K-12)
By: Matthew A. Johnson, Psy.D., MSW

Dr. Johnson guarantees that his parenting plan works if followed correctly and consistently. We are prepared to assist you put this program into practice in your home.

We can help you take the stress out of parenting because you will no longer have to be a detective to find out which one of your children did what, and who is to blame.

We can help you, as parents, remain in complete control as your children from age six until they leave the family home abide by your “family rules”, or choose to face the consequences. And, the consequences are designed to build character and good habits—not punish. It also rewards all who follow the family rules, which includes completing assigned chores.

You will be surprised how well this works. You need at least one committed parent, but involvement of both is recommended. Children like the fact it is fair, especially when they see that parents must also follow the family rules or pay the consequences as well.
