Buildings and Properties

This department is responsible for assisting the parishes in matters related to new construction renovations and maintenance, which includes maintenance of building walls, roof integrity, the up keep-up of electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems, and paving of parking areas. The department is responsible for preparation of bid process and presenting plans and specifications of new buildings to the building committee and, for advising the Bishop and pastors in matters related to the purchasing or selling of property.
